Important points about our Limited Lifetime Warranty
Langly changed ownership in March 2021 - our limited lifetime warranty applies to all bags purchased after this date. Bags purchased prior to this date come with a 12 month warranty.
Our limited lifetime warranty applies to camera bags only. All other products come with a 12-month warranty.

Repairs, Zippers and Warranty Remedies
Manufacturing Defects and Warranty Coverage
Langly’s limited lifetime warranty for camera bags covers qualifying manufacturing defects, subject to the terms of this policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Normal wear and tear, including the gradual deterioration of materials and components through ordinary use, is not covered.
Our limited lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects or failures that make the product unusable. It does not cover cosmetic damage, damage from misuse or lack of care, lost or stolen bags, or accidental damage due to handling. It doesn’t cover general wear and tear, stains, scratches, sun exposure, and other defects that might be caused in the usual use of the product.
Zippers and Other Components
Zippers, buckles and other components are subject to wear and tear over time. Normal zipper wear, deterioration or failure resulting from ordinary use is not covered by the limited lifetime warranty.
Manufacturing defects in zippers are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase only. After this period, zipper issues are not covered under the warranty.
Where a component issue qualifies for warranty coverage, Langly will determine the appropriate remedy. Components such buckles may be replaced with equivalent parts, which may differ from the original components. Please reach out to [email protected] if you need replacement buckle parts.
Repairs and Store Credit
Wherever possible, Langly will seek to repair a product rather than replace it. We no longer use a repair partner (which required shipping to and from their facility). Instead, we will help you locate a bag or luggage repair shop near you that would be able to provide repair services for our bags.
If a store credit is deemed appropriate, we will issue an online credit equivalent to the original purchase price of your item. You can use this credit on our online store at langly.co.
We use high quality materials and components in our bags, but even the best materials have a lifespan. Please note that multiple warranty claims on the same product may be considered negligence, and Langly will use discretion when handling these claims.
Authorized Retailers
Bags purchased at authorized retailers are covered under this limited lifetime warranty policy. Please be prepared to provide an order number or proof of purchase when reaching out about the warranty. Without an order number or purchase confirmation from the retailer, we will not be able to offer any credit. Bags purchased second hand or from an unauthorized dealer are not covered.
Liability release
While we believe in the quality of our products, Langly cannot be held liable for consequential damage or loss of equipment, personal injury, lost profits or revenue, or other related expenses resulting from the use of Langly products.
Langly reserves the right to make changes to this warranty policy in the future.
Langly is not responsible for covering any import taxes that are incurred due to shipping a replacement product to an international destination.
